SEP Client failes to contact the SEP Server

Problem:
My client license registration works but I cannot connect with the
Enterprise server.
Solution:
1. Open the SEP Client Settings and select Profile Management
2. Press the Synchronize-button and confirm if the client could
sync or not.
3. If synchronization fails, please confirm that the correct server
IP/Host and Port is entered.
4. Confirm that no firewall is blocking the connection.
5. If you still have a problem please contact your
administrator.
6. Administrator: Check whether other clients have the same problem
and restart the Enterprise Server. If this does not work please
contact Cryptzone's support team.
